Product Warranties

All products sold by Autco are covered by the individual manufacturer's stated warranty. Please refer to the manuals and warranty cards enclosed with the product. Check with your local service center or call Autco for a referral. Autco does not offer any warranty, expressed or implied, other than the manufacturer's warranty. RepairMaster Program

Warranties are based on the dollar amount of the product excluding tax and delivery.

The RepairMaster Service Plan mirrors the manufacturer's warranty in its coverage: covering all that the manufacturer covers.

Date of Purchase Contracts - Protection begins at the conclusion of the manufacturer's warranty. Should your customer's product need repair simply call RepairMaster's toll free number. If the equipment is still covered by the manufacturer, then customer may be directed to contact the manufacturer prior to being referred to an authorized service center.

Extensions - Extensions begin at the conclusion of the shortest portion of the manufacturer's warranty. If the manufacturer's warranty is 90 days labor, one year parts, the extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the warranty period.

Worldwide Service - All RepairMaster plans are international at the conclusion of the shortest portion of the manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer export coverage A-RMEXP500, A-RMEXP1000, A-RMEXP2000, which when sold with our comprehensive plans, provides your customer with international coverage from day one.

Benefit with RepairMaster & Gotham

Customer registration requires no dealer paperwork.

RepairMaster contracts are tangible which retail salespeople have found easier to present and sell to customers.

With Gotham's substantial inventory of RepairMaster, product can be purchased in advance or on an as needed basis increasing both turns and profits.

Gotham also offers a drop ship program whereby contracts are mailed directly to your customers. Your customer will receive a letter explaining the registration process along with the RepairMaster contract. All membership numbers are maintained by Gotham for your convenience should your customer forget to register.

Orders can be received either directly into our order entry system, by email, phone or fax and are shipped within two days of receipt of the order.

RepairMaster Registration

Contracts can be registered by using the unique membership number (serial number) to unlock the screen. It is important that membership numbers are maintained should your customer fail to register and service is required.

Your customers can register either by phone 877-263-7403 or via our website at www.myrepairmaster.com.

Customers should register within 10 days of taking delivery of covered product. Failure to register may delay your customer's ability to obtain service, until their contract can be properly registered.

To Get a Service Repair

Call 1-800-292-7726 for Authorization. Please remember that this is a service agreement for repair, not an exchange for another unit. RepairMaster reserves the right to repair or replace the product. The most RepairMaster will pay for the single repair or replacement is the price the customer paid excluding taxes.
