Claims & Shipping Discrepancies

Claims due to any cause must be made within five (5) business days from receipt of goods. Examples are: Defective, DOA's and Freight Damage. We want to assure you of the best possible service and although we take the utmost care in being sure we fill your order accurately, if after receipt and inspection of your order, a shipping error is discovered, please contact us and we will work to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of order with any shipping errors or discrepancies.

Refused Orders & Stock Returns

Autco reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee (plus all freight charges that apply), to the return of refused orders. If you need to request a Return Authorization (R.A.), to ship product back for credit all of the following conditions must be met.

  • The product must be unopened.
  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be provided with the return.
  • The product must be current (not discontinued) product.
  • If the above conditions are met Autco will accept the product for return and will issue a credit to your account less a 15% restocking fee. However, the final decision is at Autco's discretion.
  • Credits can only be used against purchases.
  • No exchanges or credit will be issued on video products.

Defective Items and Return Authorizations (R.A.'S)

Before returning any product to Autco you must call 800-777-6524 for a return authorization (R.A.). R.A. numbers are valid for thirty (30) days only. We will not accept returns without a valid R.A. number included on the shipping label. DO NOT WRITE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOXES. All defectives must be in like-new condition, have a serial number, be returned in original factory carton with all packing materials, accessories, and manuals enclosed with products. Defectives are to be shipped prepaid freight to Autco. Autco will prepay the freight back to you, provided the product is still under manufacturer's warranty. We will either replace or repair defective products at manufacturer's discretion. If a product purchase from Autco requires repair, we will handle the repairs for you, just call for an R.A. number. Please remember: There are no exchanges or credits issued on video products, they must be serviced.
